I cant seem to see if my contract Includes O2 Travel Inclusive Zone.
travelling to USA in a few weeks and trying to figure out what i need to do with my phone to not get lots of unexpected charges.
the information is quite confusing is there anyone that could contact me to help or will i need to go into a shop?

It will show in your account as a bolt on if you have it or not...
If you don't have it you can enable it for £6 per day have a look at the Guide: Roaming MegaGuide for details

If you have it, it will show as a bolt on in your MyO2.
