Hi @Pandora
You can use it as often as you like although the periods of Travel must not exceed 63 days at any one given time. It's to ensure you are only on holiday and not living in a country.

I omitted to include this ..O2's fair usage policy. Although it mentions the EU zone, it is exactly the same for travel outside the EU.
