Travel data app

I have just discovered from my latest bill that I am paying 1.66 per day for this App which I do not use and do not recall buying. Please firstly cancel the App and stop charging me from now on and secondly provide me with documentary proof that I purchased the App and when. Many thanks.

You do not get charged for having the app (what app anyway?), but you do get charged £1.66 + VAT for using your phone in Europe on a daily basis.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

O2 travel is set on by default on all O2 direct contracts - It is nothing to do with an app.
The app allows you to enable O2 travel if you don't have it already (old tariff or CPW sourced contract) but it asks you to opt in if you want to.
I will repeat, you do not get charged anything unless you are abroad and it's nothing to do with "just having an app on your phone".

If you have mobile data turned on then you are roaming and will be charged for any data used. It's simple to stop the charges by turning off mobile data. You will still be able to use wifi.
