I need data use only, for one month only, when in Greece. No calls or texts required.
o2 Travel Pay and Go rate is apparently £1.99 per day with a limit of 50MB per day.
However in requesting a SIM, I am given a choice, under “International Sim” of either 50MB at £10 per month or 100MB at £15.
How does this knit together with the £1.99 per day charge for up to 50MB.
I want to know the total cost to me of using 50MB per day for one month.
Thank you.

It's use from the UK not whilst abroad.

I think the above will be the best option. I am on a simplicity contract (though mine is for a year)

As I said earlier use is uk only so there is no benefit apart from retaining the top up. Big bundle takes the credit for your allowances which you can't use overseas.

I agree if there is sufficient time to get the sim only and swap the number.

I actually think we were suggesting a simplicity contract for 30 days https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/simplicity/#/tariffs

You summed it up nicely...overall cost £70 payandgo and £72.50 sim only though you do get 'unlimited' data high we know gets throttled at 100 MB.
Unlocked phone, local sim is the way to go.

Surely this cost is very much dependent on whether @Anonymous uses O2 travel mobile data every day? If there is a chance of using WiFi then that cost would be much lower....
