Travel Inclusive Zone: What exactly is included?

Hi,

I will be travelling to Canada, which is in the Travel Inclusive zone.

I understand that I have to choose the right tariff to get the inclusive zone included for no extra charge:

£20 and above 12 month sim only tariffs

My question is: do the "120 min of calls daily" cover calls anywhere in the world?  Or only calls within Canada?  Or something in between?

Has anyone tried using an O2 sim card in Canada, and did it work well?

Many thanks,

J.

Hi @Jcf

O2 Travel Inclusive is covered in the countries listed here in this guide

https://www.o2.co.uk/international/travel-inclusive-zone

We also have a community guide which gives additional information

https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/O2-Contract-with-O2-Travel-Inclusive-75-Free-Countries-a...

The calls are covered for other countries. Not just Canada.

You just have to make sure you don't exceed your allowances, so suggest using WiFi whenever possible.

If your phone is unlocked you may get better data speeds with a local sim.
