I have a virtual sim for travel in Turkey but still being charged £5 a day for data usage by O2 even though my data supplier is now Airlo. How do air stop the £5 a day charge as I can’t seem to remove the bolt on. We are here another 3 weeks so don’t want another massive bill.

also says the bolt on has a £51.50 monthly cap but that’s  not been applied

Thanks

Chris

The daily charge is not just for data.

It covers calls and texts too.

If you're not using your O2 sim at all, just put it on airplane mode for that sim or turn it off.

Price cap is for standard rates usage, not bolt ons.

Thanks. The Airlo virtual sim is for calls, texts and data, not sure how to turn my O2 sim off/back on when we return.

@Chrisanddaz6263 Just take the O2 sim out of your phone and put it in a safe place. Disable the e-sim and reinstall the O2 sim when you return to the UK and it will reconnect.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

I can choose which sim(s) to use in my network settings on the phone.
