Hi

i have tried to add the Travel Bolt on to my pay monthly account but it says not compatible with my existing bolt on ( inclusive EU call) and if I proceed the free Eu calls will be removed. I only want the bolt on for a 3 week South Africa holiday. Any suggestions?thanks

It's an outdated message that pops up to confuse people

EU Roaming is standard to all accounts and will not be removed.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
