Whe using my phone (samsung S3) abroad I topped up with £20 on the 27th June. I used it once in Italy for 1 day at £1.99 (15mb) and then thinking I couldnt use it in Croatia, turned off my celluar data. Then leaving croatia 3 days later and only using wifi while there I enetred Slovenia yesterday. Turned on celluar data to find out I had only £11 left. Weird, but anyway used what I thought was my 15mb (although) it didnt give me a notification, then in the evening I got a sms telling me I had not credit left and needed to top up. ive made no calls at all on my phone. Ive logged in to register here and check my O2 travel tarrif is ok, and its still active. How can I lose my credit so quick? Ive got £2.77 left. Even if somehow celluar data wasnt off, (which it was) how can in 1 day it go from £11 to £2.77 with olny using travel abroad at £1.99. thanks for any help.
