I took delivery of new iPhone last Thursday - now Monday night. 3 live chats, 3 customer service conversations. Nothing. Still no service. I was assured this afternoon by lady called June that if it wasn’t sorted by 9.00 pm tonight she would definitely get back to me. Still waiting.
i am almost at the point of sending phone back, cancelling direct debit and looking elsewhere. Thought by staying with O2 it would be seamless - how wrong I was

Can you still use your old sim until o2 sort themselves out?

It's possible the new sim is faulty.
