Transferring the old phone number to 02.

Hi everyone I'm trying to get in touch with customer service somehow about transferring my old phone number to o2 for my new contract. Unfortunately I can't find the e-mail address.When purchasing, I stated my wish to be transferred as well as my PAC number. I know that until the end of the old contract (7 days) they did nothing but I want to be sure that on the seventh day the transfer will be made.How to ensure it because, as I can see, there is no contact with customer service! Please help. Violet
