Hi - so I’ve submitted the online form twice to transfer my number from EE to O2 and the move still hasn’t happened. It’s very frustrating and of course when I tried to call them I was just cut off! Any suggestions gratefully received!

Hi sorry for the inconvenience caused. Things are currently running slow and it can take more than 48 hours for your number to be ported.
I will recommend you restart your phone several times to see if it works.

But you have to wait till your EE network is cut off before your O2 will start. Also you will receive a confirmation SMS telling you when your new network will start operating.

If every of the above has taken place then kindly call the customer service for help.

Thanks everyone that’s out my mind at ease a bit 😊 my work phone transfers through to that number so I was a bit concerned.
