@Jscoll7789 Should have happened by now. Obviously a hiccup somewhere, and as it's now the weekend nothing will happen until next week.

Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.

In theory it's 48 hours, Monday to Thursday, however, it seems to be taking weeks just lately.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2.
You need to contact O2.
