Transferring number to o2 from Orange

This should have been completed by 1800 today, but not complete 5 hours later.

 

Any outgoing calls and texts (from o2 phone) have new number attached, but if you ring or text the number from another number, it still goes to orange.

 

Both phones were still on at 1800, orange now removed for around an hour. The o2 SIM has been taken out and replaced twice to no avail.

 

Any ideas?

Nag Orange in the morning. They certainly changed their blame stance once I told them the o2 phone was transmitting on the new number :slight_smile:
