I've been trying since yesterday to transfer my old number to my new Sim-Only plan, but the form at https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number/online-form seems to be broken (after the first page). Am I doing something wrong? If not, how can I report it? I would appreciate any guidance please.

If this is an upgrade carry on using your old sim

Thanks for your answer. When I try to phone O2 I go round in circles - because of current restrictions I can't find a number to call. I'm not in a vulnerable category. (
