Hi I bought a phone from 02 ver a week ago and have been trying to transfer my number. I have filled in the online form 3 times and nothing has happened. I can't ring customer services as they are only taking emergency call. Can't find any info on where to go next. Can anyone help please.

You will have to say graud or upgrade to get put through.
Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
