I took advantage of the TalkTalk deals and took out an O2 twelve month contract. Two days ago I filled in the form to move my TT number which your site says would happen yesterday. I’ve not heard anything and my old TT sim is still active. Is there a problem with the request?

Hi there @PhilH
I am a transfer customer from TalkTalk too ~ last August.
It can take a bit of working at it, eventually it will come
through ~ but keep in touch regularly with Customer Services
on the Phone and only call at 08.30 or just before as this
is definitely the best time to get an answer and everyone
is "fresh" hopefully

Just chased them, they seemed to have no record of the online request but have set it up now for Monday
