Hi,
I have just let an O2 contract lapse. I have entered into a new different contract, again with O2, which comes with a new handset. I have transferred my existing phone number to the new handset. I have attempted to register my new phone on my current 'My O2' account. The problem is that my username (email address) and phone number are both identical to what they were under the expired contract.
The question is then, how do I set up 'My O2' to show me current usage, bills etc?
