I had a top up and I have changed to a contract yesterday, which I am already regretting. I was asked to call 2202 to transfer my number and credit to the new SIM card. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. Instead, I got 12 mins of ads. Can you please let me know what to do?

If you regret it then send the sim back once received under the change of mind policy. Nothing will change if you advise customer service. Credit on a payandgo would be applied to your first bill so I'm not too sure why you regret it?
