Solved: Transfer number to O2

The O2 online number transfer does not seem to be working and I am paying two contracts as I cant transfer the number. I have used the online form twice and dont even get acknowledgment that the form as been sent.

When I try and call its says they will only allow calls if its an emergency so not sure what to do.

Porting or migrating IS classed as an Essential service, @ghughes, see matrix below, SIM Swaps too - so pick any of the numbers in the link on @MI5's response, and use any of the options offered when you call up and get through.
