I am in the process of transferring sim from Virgin to O2 and have just received my new sim card. I have sent Puc code to bring my number but it is not showing on my account. I dare not put the sim in my phone until the number is correct?

It's OK to insert the new O2 sim before the transfer.
You may need to give O2 a push to start the transfer.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Still a bit concerned as I use Whatsapp a lot and will lose messages listed under my old number. I'll message them and see where we go.
