Hi, my son has a PAYG phone and I just arranged a new pay monthly SIM for him. I'd like to transfer the old PAYG number to his new SIM.

I could pop into a shop but would rather not right now. Is there a way to do this from home?

You will need to speak to Customer Services on either 202 or 0344 809 0202

You will need to have your son on the phone if the PAYG account is in his name.

Also follow the instructions below to get through to an agent

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi @Jamm13dodger , hope you're doing well this week. slight_smile There's some good information above from @madasaf1sh and @MI5 (thanks guys!), so hopefully you got all the info you needed to get your son's number sorted. Let us know if you need any additional help anytime.
