Hi,
I want to transfer an old number (Pay Monthly O2) to a a Pay as you Go O2 SIM.
I have the PAC.
I am on extended travel outside the UK and need it to be trasferred before I come back, otherwise the PAC expires.
The "old" number has been a number registered with a Corporate account at O2. The company (previous employer) allowed me to keep it.
I filled in O2 number transfer form here, never received a reply or an acknowledgment that they received my inquiry.
Pretty at a loss here - no responses whatsoever.
Support phone number given here (from abroad) does not work either.
Can anyone please help?

Have you done the transfer from business to personal pay monthly already in your name ?
What number are you trying to call from abroad ?
