Transfer number from EE to O2

I submitted a keep my number form to transfer from EE to O2 on Thursday evening. The form said I would get a confirmation email but have had nothing so now don't know if my transfer is going to happen or not is the form broken?

what form have you used @Anonymous ? was it the keeping your existing number form?

Wouldn't you have to arrange this with EE rather than O2 if you are moving from EE?

Yes used the keep my number form rosadosc.

Just used live chat and they have put the request through again....hopefully

No, once you have your PAC from EE you need to give it to o2 to action the transfer.

Did live chat check the pac to see if it is valid? when did you get the Pac code? It's only valid for 30 days.

If it's getting to complicated you may be better off like @MI5 said to call 202 instead. They will check everything and put the request trough.

You will need your temporary O2 mobile number,your O2 sim number, number to be ported in and the Pac code. If you ring today they may be able to do it for Tuesday but more than likely Wednesday.

I phoned customer service and got texts confirming date and approx time. Just give them the PAC.
