Hi. I would like to transfer my balance from air time plan to device plan to pay off my phone. How can I do that if I can't ring to customer service. Is it possible to transfer my balance to device plan by o2 app?

Hi I'm not sure if it is possible to transfer balance from your airtime plan to device plan.
In my opinion you should call customer service for help.
Try the number ending with 4005 and also the best time to call is 8am

You'll need to ask customer service to transfer your airtime balance to your bank account then use the money to pay off the device plan.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
