Transfer PayGO Credit

Hi recently bought replacement phone for my father who's on contract but had to get £10 credit... Daughter has a PayGo phone and wondered if I could transfer the credit from the unused sim onto her phone?

You shouldn't of had to pay the £10 for a replacement phone on a contract, however, now that you have call CS on 4445 and see if they can move it over for you or try live chat as it will be free to contact them (25p if you call)

Yeah I've done it before too.

Sounds like they sold you the phone on a payg term which they do sometimes ask for a £10 top up to the sim to activate it.
