Hi

I am currently with O2 via CPW and contract has now finished, an online company is doing a good deal for S9+ but mean taking a new O2 Contract and number, am I able to transfer my existing number on to this new contract and cancel the old contract. I seem to be getting conflicting advice from O2 and even the online retailer that has the offer.

Would greatly apprecaite your advice

Thanks

Yes you can. You just need to call O2 and ask them to migrate your number to the new contract which will cancel the old one and generate the final bill.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
