Hello
I have just traded in my iPhone 13 for an iPhone 15 with a trade in value of £280 which was to be taken off my device amount due to pay as per the contract. However on my o2 app, the amount due is still the full price of the phone (not taken off the £280). Is this normal - does it take a few days for the system to catch up?

Thanks for the info. Has this changed as I’m sure in years gone by, they could evaluate in store and apply the amount straight away?

Just to clarify it was an in-store trade in, if that makes a difference

It does take up to a week for the shop to return the phone to O2 Recycle and for them to process and evaluate the phone
