I left my phone at the O2 shop to be sent for repair. Received a text on the loan phone saying that device was being sent for repair and that I could track progress. However when I use the Track My Repair screen and enter my repair number I get "No repair found". Tried ringing the shop but no-one there is answering the phone.

@MAGSPEEPS The tracking repair is notorious for not working properly. Try contacting customer service

@MAGSPEEPS Contact customer service, as suggested, or try the store again. This is a customer community and we have no way of tracking your repair.
