I have ordered my new phone and it says that it is being processed but on the my o2 that I haven't purchased anything, why is this ????

Hi @Anonymous welcome to the forum. I wouldn't worry about your order not showing yet. The system generally updates itself overnight and you should get tracking info later if you check My O2 tomorrow. If nothing showing then give customer services a call on the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page.

It will show that status until the phone is despatched assuming it is in stock.
