Hi I'm trying to find track my order on the 02 app and the mobile site but can't find it?can someone help??

If it's a recently received tracking number, it won't be active until a courier physically picks the item up from O2.
Normally, o2 send the tracking as it's packed, a few hours before courier collects, making it active.

You should get the tracking order both by email and text but as said you won't get it until the courier has been arranged to collect it.

Its only on a PC/Laptop etc or go through phone browser and select desktop view.
