Hi, I ordered a new pay monthly phone last night and it said it will be delivered today. I cannot track it as it is not an option on my O2? Also it was a £20 upfront cost which O2 have taken twice when will I get £20 back? Thanks

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
One of the payments may just be pending, in which case it will be returned to your cleared funds in line with your banks policy.
