Just got a pay as you go SIM card. Trying to top up on the phone and on the internet using more than one card but my top up is not being accepted. Any suggestions please?

If that is the case.... ie 'another system glitch' I would say it still needs to be in the guidelines stating 'on some occasions it may be necessary...etc etc etc...

Thanks for that Toby. I will have to amend the guidelines if payg customers need to use a voucher the first time they top up. It doesnt provide that information currently
