We're just visiting from Canada and looking to top up a sim card. Trouble is - our credit card doesn't have a post code in the correct format so it won't let us top up online or on the phone. Customer service is closed for the holidays. Any tips or suggestions? (We're so lost without google maps!

An alternative is....If your phone is unlocked you may want to get a UK sim to use whilst you are here. Mobile phone shops should be open tomorrow

Actually I have just found another link which allows you to top up if you are from another country. Not tried it personally...but worth a try if the other methods fail...

Alternatively, find some free WiFi and download the offline areas you need for Google Maps. No need for data.
