I have topped up using 4444 - it has been successful and I have received a confirmation text. My new balance still is not showing on My O2 and I am trying to unlock my phone, what can I do?

Your best option would be to call customer service between 8 and 8.30 in the morning. It may be that the credit has been taken for one of the bundles with allowances, depending on the tariff of the sim.

Unless you are on the simply PAYG tariff you will have bought allowances with your too up.
CS will change your tariff and if you explain what's happened they should restore your balance too.
