I top up £10 monthly and with this I am meant to get 1000 texts, 250 minutes and 500mn data. This month I recieved a text telling me that I will be getting unlimited texts included in my top up this month, instead I have got nothing. I realised this when my top up had changed to £9 after a call that should have been free. I would very much like to know how to resolve this problem and get my original free texts, minutes and data, thank you

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

ring 4444 and choose option 2. That will give you your anniversary date and what tariff/bundle you have. If there is something wrong,like the boys said, ring 4445 .

You'll need to call 4445 and speak to CS.

You sure you have the anniversary date correct?

As said, a call to customer service will sort you out.
