I have tried to top up with my credit card for £10 today, I have a new card with the same number. The ending 4 numbers are diffrante from the privuase card

You will need to update your card details either from within your My O2 or by calling CS on 4445.

You may need to call customer service to get the card registered as I'm summising you are having problems topping up?

I used to top up using my card. When I was issued with a new one, those details needed to be registered and the old card removed... you will need to follow the instructions given by @jonsie  and @MI5
