Hi, I topped up my phone with £10 at 16:47. I then used it to call someone for 16 mins, but I was cut off and my phone indicated that I had used all of my credit. Even though my internet was on, I wasn't using it on my phone. I'm just confused as to why my credit got depleted so quickly

You maybe on a big bundle which takes the credit as payment for allowances

Was it a uk number or international?

If the phone was cut off after 16 minutes it certainly sounds as if the call was either international or a premium rate number....
