Solved: Top up issues

I have tried topping up by web, and phone and have been unsuccessful. I have topped up once using the web option. I would like to talk to a live person as I am in Ireland for a few days and there are no O2 stores in Cork..

Is there a phone number that I can call to get a real person on the other end and not just a looped message of how to top up?
