Hello,

I topped up my pay as you go for I need to take care of some rugent buisiness with teh credit in myO2 account. The top-up was successful, but online it still says I had 0 GBP balance. How long before it is updated online?

Your money buys allowances so now you will have mins, texts and data to use for 30 days. But no cash.

I don't have an active plan. So the money is supposed to appear as credit to use for whatever I want to do with it. I dont use a monthly tarif.
