My top up card appears to be invalid. But the Post Office accepted a top up payment with it. Can anyone advise how this can be resolved as the top up is not appearing in my balance. many thanks

Best option is to register the card with customer service but in the meantime you can top up at an ATM machine or through a banking app or by buying a voucher from your local newagent or supermarket.

Your top up may not show as cash depending on which tariff you are on. Some tariffs take the top up and convert it automatically into a monthly allowance so you may now have calls, text and data allowance instead of cash on the account.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
