Top Up confirmation email - 600 emails!

Hi,

I topped up online last month and recived 600 confirmation emails within minutes. I mentioned this via twitter and was told to speak to customer service who apoligised and said it was a glitch. I've topped up tonight and now received 200 emails!

Anyone had same issue?

I'm having the exact same problem.  It has been going on for about a month now, this morning I had 800, last week it was about 200, the week before it was 400.

Yes, same problem here. I used top-up online (chrome browser) and received almost 200 confirmation emails. The same happened to me last month (end of September). Please sort this out O2. Very annoying.

Hi guys,

This is currently being investigated by technology and they are working on a solution. 

I know it's very annoying...I'll let you know if I have any other updates. If anyone else is having this problem, please let me know. Your feedback is very important for us to detect and to assess the magnitude of the problem.
