I am hoping someone can help, I have trying to cancel my sim only contract within the 14 days cooling off period but being told I cannot do this as my order is still in processing due to my previous number not porting across.
But the reason why I want to cancel is because my port has clearly failed (it’s been nearly 2 weeks) tickets have been raised and nothing happens and I’m settled for the fact o2 have lost my number (I’m happy to lose all numbers to cut ties with o2) requesting PAC or STAC codes from the temporary number also does not work.
Surely this cannot be legal? I’m could technically be stuck in a contract I can never cancel because the number port is never fixed. I’ve been lied to multiple times by customer service already regards to the porting I have lost all hope.
Please can anyone offer any advise I’m a literally being a held prisoner to a contract due to a technical issue that is o2 problem.
