I am a customer since September 2018, before I get my plan 02 asked me to pay for £200 in order to complete my order, so the amount was taken from my bank account. Now, I noticed in my bill that there’s no indication of the said amount, and if I’m not mistaken it was said that the money will be given back to me after 2 months since transaction was made. Is this true? Is there anybody here who experienced the same? Can’t get hold of 02 chat for days already. Thanks.

You can get the deposit returned after 3 months providing you have paid all bills on time and in full.
The money is then returned as credit on your 4th bill and you can leave it there to pay bills or request a transfer to your bank account.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
