O2 have tried UNSUCCESSFULLY 3 times to increase my ring time from 15seconds to 25 seconds.

They keep sending me **61*901*11*25#

but all I get is “an invalid MMI code.  And it also deactivates my voicemail!

i have a Samsung S22+

Can anyone help?

Seen this before with Samsung. One fix is to make sure both WiFi and 4G are turned off.

I've known cases where this has worked, but sadly cases where it hasn't.

Still, worth a shot

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

I have a Samsung S10. I have now contacted O2 three times. Was given the code **61*901*11*30# that did not work. I have also tried various other ideas that were suggested They now have told me twice they would fix it within 24 hrs. Still waiting.

I have now switched voicemail off as I seriously doubt their competence to solve my problem.

Any ideas welcome

@Grumpy-Old-Man

The only way for it to work is to get O2 to turn off WiFi Calling their end.

You can then use the code before getting WiFi Calling turned back on
