Hi everyone slight_smile

So, my mothly contract is listed to terminate tomorrow, 14/4/2020. Is there a common time of day I will get cut off? Such as 23:59 or 12:00?

Thank you,

Robert

Hi slight_smile

Thanks for replying slight_smile

Yes I have cancelled. The contract does end tomorrow. I would like to know what time of day O2 pull the plug? Is there a uniform time of day?

@robcoates20 How have you canceled your contract? Have you followed the correct guidelines?

Hi there's a misunderstanding slight_smile

I have cancelled. Then there was 30 days notice. So I cancelled on the 14/3/2020. Then my contract runs until the 14/4/2020. I need to know what time of day

I'll be amazed if it is cancelled tbh but I'd expect it to run the full day at least.

@robcoates20 If you look at the guide I posted above you will see that you no longer need to give 30 days notice. If you did not follow the correct procedure, your contract will not have been canceled.

Hi thank you for getting back slight_smile I contacted live chat last week; the operator confirmed for me that I would go off line tomorrow. This is what was told to me by the operator a month ago when I cancelled. So I've had two live chat operators telling me the same.

I've bookmarked your link, so if this doesn't go to plan I know what to do.

Thanks

Robert
