Hi everyone

So, my mothly contract is listed to terminate tomorrow, 14/4/2020. Is there a common time of day I will get cut off? Such as 23:59 or 12:00?

Sorry @robcoates20 but live chat is at best, unreliable and you can't actually cancel over chat. They tell you to call 202 unless they are trying to fob you off. Did you keep a copy of the chat?

Hi everyone

So my contracy did end at sometime today. Not sure exactly what time, but when I tried to use it at 14:30 it was disabled.

Thank you for all your good advice. I think we have all learned something from this!
