Time length to talk to customer services

What customer services, 3/4 of an hour waiting so far for an advisor to answer, quite happy to take the montly payment, what about an adequate service for it, should be 5 minutes max to answer a call.

Quite a few reporting long wait times at the mo 😞

And the end of the Easter break.  So that's every single reason given for poor response times by CS..No doubt the next one will be because the sun is out...Rolleys

Got to 45 minutes and the automatic system kicked me out and sent me back to the start. 

 

WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU DOING???????? GET SOME MORE STAFF ON YOUR PHONES. I'M TRYING TO UPGRADE MY CONTRACT FOR GOODNESS SAKE!!!!!!!!!!
