I have been charged on some of my monthly bills for 'things you've bought'. I would like to know what these 'things' are please. How do I do this?

When my bill shows 'Things I have bought' it relates specifically to Travel Data...
(I have just been in and checked)...
Last month I was abroad and turned on Data Roaming twice and my bill shows that's what I was charged for...

It could be Bolt Ons that you may have bought!

It could be ...but until the poster goes into MyO2 and looks at the details of their bill and what 'was bought' .....we are all only guessing
