Ok, i've been nice. I've been polite. I've ignored all sorts of **bleep** ups, but i'm done with O2 now.
I am really not sure what collection of clowns operates this network but I'm sure they all have a good laugh at our expense.
1) Why, when my bill is not due until 5th January have I been cut off. Twice?
2) Why do you keep sending me emails trumpeting your 4G service when I can't even get 2G at the best of times?
3) Why do you try and convince us that you 'Live Chat' is actually a real person when it is so obviously a collection of pre-programmed responses
4) Do you actually give a monkies about your customers or do you just sit back and rake in the money?
5) How do you get hold of someone on the phone who isn't a completely disinterested clown who has no interest in resolving issues and when they think their headset is muted, say to one of their colleagues 'got a right moaning **bleep** here'
So, O2. Answers to the questions? And more to the point, what are you going to do about it?
Solved! Go to Solution.

Agreed. But saying 'Good 3G indoors and out' when there is no service 98%.......

Most of the time it's accurate, this is a wireless signal and the coverage cannot be defined to any great degree.
It will always be an estimate of what you get under ideal local conditions and is advertised as such.
You have never been promised anything different, check your terms.

One of our radio engineers from work came round and checked and has cited poor positioning of the antenna.
But letting off steam too. As I said, sooner I can bin them the better. Vodafone were usless but at least they didn't cut you off 'by accident' and I could get a signal without a radio telescope in the garden.....
