The joke that is O2

Anonymous
Not applicable

Ok, i've been nice. I've been polite. I've ignored all sorts of **bleep** ups, but i'm done with O2 now.

I am really not sure what collection of clowns operates this network but I'm sure they all have a good laugh at our expense.

1) Why, when my bill is not due until 5th January have I been cut off. Twice?

2) Why do you keep sending me emails trumpeting your 4G service when I can't even get 2G at the best of times?

3) Why do you try and convince us that you 'Live Chat' is actually a real person when it is so obviously a collection of pre-programmed responses

4) Do you actually give a monkies about your customers or do you just sit back and rake in the money?

5) How do you get hold of someone on the phone who isn't a completely disinterested clown who has no interest in resolving issues and when they think their headset is muted, say to one of their colleagues 'got a right moaning **bleep** here'

So, O2. Answers to the questions? And more to the point, what are you going to do about it?

Probably best to make sure you have your facts right too, as they aren't!

If you feel the way to speak to people is as you do let's hope someone will want to help you.

No point. Tried that on the phone. Get passed from one clown to the next.

Just counting down the days until I can tell them to shove it!

In that case just ensure your next network gives you good stable signal by checking out their service via payg sim cards.

Get your phone unlocked for free via O2.

The service status gives an indication.

It's not 100% accurate.
